Where is the Red Deer ReStore located?
We are located in Gasoline Alley. Our address is #100, 409 Lantern St. Red Deer County, AB T4E 0A5. We are south of Staples.
Do you offer shipping?
We do not offer shipping. All orders are pick-up only. Our address is #100, 409 Lantern St. Red Deer County, AB T4E 0A5.
What payment types do you accept?
We accept Visa and Mastercard, as well as Shopify Shop Pay. We are unable to accept cash or debit online or in-store for items that are available on the website.
Can I view the item in person?
For safety reasons, we cannot have customers in the warehouse space. If you would like more information about a product, please fill out our contact form and a member of our team will get back to you as soon as we can. Contact Us
Why aren't all the items in-store available online?
Our online e-store operates independently as a secondary storefront. We chose items that we believe are best suited for the e-store. Our small team has limits to the number of items we are able to upload to our e-store.
Can I place the item on hold?
No, due to limitations we are unable to put online items, on hold.
Are all items pre-owned? Do you sell new items?
All items are donated, some are pre-owned in good condition while others are brand new. Many items on the site are brand new.
Are all items donated?
Yes, all of our items are donated as gently used or new.
Pick-up and Returns
How will I know my order is ready?
You will receive an email that your item is ready for pick up. Make sure that you check your junk or spam folder for the email.

Where and when do I pick up my item(s)?
Once you have received an email sharing that your item(s) are ready to pick up you will have 10 days to pick up your item(s). You can pick up items from Monday to Saturday from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm. You will pick up your items from the Red Deer ReStore (#100, 409 Lantern St. Red Deer County, AB T4E 0A5).
I don't love my item; can I get a refund?
We do not provide refunds for purchases.
Is it possible to cancel an item?
Once your order is placed we begin working to get the items ready for you. We will not be able to cancel an order.
What if I need more time to pick up?
We ask that you send us an email requesting an extension to the pick-up window. We will try our best to accommodate. Contact us here.
